BRUSHES ACROSS THE BORDER: Thailand–Malaysia Joint Watercolour Exhibition 2026 (Penang Water Colour Society [PWCS] & Thai Artists) 

1. Topic: Any subject. However, artworks must be suitable for public display. Content involving sensitive political issues, obscenity, violence, disrespectful to Royalty and religions is strictly prohibited.

2. Purpose: To foster artistic exchange and strengthen the bond of friendship between Malaysian and Thai watercolour artists.

3. Exhibition Period: 15 August 2026 – [Closing Date], 2026

4. Opening Ceremony: 15 August 2026

5. Venue: Lee Gardens Gallery, Hatyai, Thailand

6. Artwork Specification: 38cm x 56cm (vertical or horizontal format)

7. Participation: Each artist may submit one (1) original painting. PWCS is limited to a maximum of 50 entries.

8. Framing: Framing will be provided and managed by the Gallery.

9. Sales Commission: A commission of 40% will be retained by the Gallery; the artist will receive 60% of the final sale price.

10. Return of Artworks: All unsold paintings will be returned to the respective participants following the conclusion of the exhibition.

11. Liability Disclaimer: While the organisers will exercise the utmost care in handling all artworks, they shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during the exhibition or in transit.
